General English
This course is designed for students who wish to improve their general English. With English in Action they will also explore the local area while practising their English outside the classroom.
One to One lessons
This is a very intense way of learning English and will ensure that the student gains the maximum benefit from the class. The teacher can focus entirely on the needs of the student and give him or her 100% attention.
These classes are designed to give extra support to students and professional people who are studying towards specific EFL/ESOL exams, for example IELTS.
They are ideal for those who need to polish their skills before the exam. It is recommended that students should be at an Upper Intermediate level at the point of enrolment. Homework is an important part of this course and students must be prepared to study outside lessons to benefit in the best way.
Lessons include:
- Exam practice (past papers etc)
- Techniques needed for each paper
- Mock exam and interview
- Regular marked homework
- Regular tutorials
